Design Your Program
Customize your program to align with your needs and budget. EHA empowers organizations, leadership, teams, and individuals to THRIVE. Programming can be facilitated virtually or onsite, and the design and delivery options vary. For example, 30-90-minute educational sessions, workshop series, half or full-day retreats, or structured as a comprehensive empowerment program that can be integrated into pre-existing organizational initiatives.
Highly interactive sessions that invite self-reflection and discovery and encourage group interaction for individual and mutual learning. All sessions are designed to help participants identify where they are motivated to take action and our 4 P Model™ (Pause, Process, Pivot, and Proceed with greater intention) integrates evidence-based decision making and self-regulation theories, processes, and techniques to support intentional change.
Educational Session Modules
Sessions can be delivered standalone but they have been designed as modules that can be combined to build a custom workshop series, corporate empowerment retreat, or integrated into pre-existing corporate initiatives. TERRIE REEVES, FOUNDER OF EMPOWER HEALTH AMERICA is the lead facilitator on programming and has over 25 years of experience in organizational change, behavioral health, medical management, and employee empowerment. She is a change advocate, National speaker, coach, and program facilitator. Terrie is completing her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) at Queens University in Spring 2021.
