Whether you are struggling at work or in your life, Empowerment Coaching will help you identify what you want to change, and it will help you design a plan of action based on what is important to them. Our evidence-based 5 P Change Model™ (Pause, Process, Plan, Pivot, and Proceed) is used to support the change process. Coaching is customized based on your needs and covers topics such as personal awareness (EQ), readiness to change, intrinsic motivation, dealing with barriers, goal setting, and behavioral sustainability. Our holistic approach integrates mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being, and helps individuals thrive. Topics that are often addressed are burnout, stress management, life balance, resiliency, conflict resolution, managing catastrophic events, adapting to change, forming healthy habits, overcoming barriers, performance improvement, career advancement, and change adoption.
5 P Change Model™
The 5 P Change Model™ – Pause, Process, Plan, Pivot, and Proceed provides a framework that supports intentional change, and it is integrated into our coaching process. The model incorporates evidence-based theories, processes, and techniques to support the change process.
The 5 P Change Model™ guides the coaching process:
- Pause – Assess current state and identify areas of need and readiness to change – Awareness is crucial
- Process – Identify challenges and ideate options and solutions – Assessment is essential
- Plan – Design action plan to support goals and identify potential barriers – Alignment is vital
- Pivot – Adjust direction by initiating action, and course-correct as needed along the way – Action and Agility are critical
- Proceed – Fully deploy action plan for sustainability to support change – Adoption is key
The 5 P Change Model™ provides structure to the change process but coaching and goal setting are not linear, so expect to revisit steps in the process.
The coaching process invites you to become:

- Empowered to develop a plan and to take action
- Transformed by adopting and integrating new behavior
