Looking for a highly motivated Creative Assistant

I’m hiring a part-time Creative Assistant to help me grow Empower Health America (EHA). I am seeking a highly motivated individual to handle administrative tasks and to play an important role in marketing, research and sales. Job would require 10 to 15 hours per week to start, with full-time employment potential based on business growth and candidate interest. At least 3 years of business experience is preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right person. I am looking for a candidate who has passion, experience and a desire to help individuals, teams and organizations THRIVE. Please apply if you consider yourself a good fit.

  • Developing proposals and making submissions for sales and speaking opportunities
  • Managing video conferencing
  • Researching IT platforms for business scalability
  • Contract and billing support
  • Attending and documenting strategic meetings

Experience in the following areas are important

  • Strong administrative skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
  • Experience or desire to learn WordPress, YouTube or video platform, Beautiful AI…. PowerPoint platform, Canva or graphic design software, Google Docs, Video conferencing etc.
  • Research and proper citation experience
  • Social media content development and management
  • Project management

  • Has a positive mindset and focuses on solutions rather than barriers
  • Doesn’t mind challenging the status quo, but willing to bring recommended solutions to improve the current state

  • Enjoys doing different tasks and handling multiple projects
  • Not afraid to ask for help

  • Passionate about health, well-being, and personal and professional development
  • Can work in an office up to 5 hours per week but can also work independently
