The below information provides an overview of the material covered in this program. Facilitation can be done in person or virtual and presentation method is flexible: Delivered as a one hour presentation, 1/2 day or full day workshop, or provided as a 6 to 8 week series.

This program is designed to help individuals and teams build resiliency through Mindfulness, Awareness and Intention
