The Train For Life Empowerment Program will help you explore 15 dimensions of your life that impact your overall well-being and happiness. All of the dimensions represented make up the Ideal Being*® Model. As part of this series, you will receive exclusive access to the Train for Life® Assessment, a groundbreaking life inventory tool that invites you to take inventory of your life. Life is constantly changing, so it is ideal to take the assessment every 90 days to check in.
*A holistic health model which represents 15 life dimensions that impact an individuals physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The 15 dimensions represented in the Ideal Being Model are:
Nutrition, Activity, Emotion, Habits, Relationships, Health, Financial, Play, Home, Intellect, Self-image, Purpose, Spiritual, Life Balance and Relax. Research affirms that each of the dimensions represented in the model can impact your health, happiness, productivity and overall life satisfaction.

The TFL Assessment will help you embark on a journey of self-discovery by helping you view your life in a more comprehensive and holistic manner. Through the assessment process you will gain personal insights in one or more of the following areas:
